Outside of our clinic opening hours your call will be redirected to speak to a health professional at Healthline. Public Holidays & Christmas/New Year
We are closed on public holidays and weekends, and over the Christmas/New Year period. Please refer to our banner or After Hours section above for information about how you can access after hours care when we are closed.
Enrolling with Our Practice
Please note that from time to time we need to pause on enrolling new patients to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality care to those patients currently enrolled with us. Please phone our receptionist or email via this website if you are interested in enrolling with our Practice. We look forward to caring for you and your family.
When you choose to enrol with our clinic we become your regular doctors, providing ongoing healthcare and receiving correspondence about your health from the hospital and specialists as required. With your permission when you enrol we request and review your previous medical records. At your first appointment with us we undertake a health assessment including discussion about your previous and current health, and a check of your blood pressure and body mass index. You should allow 30 minutes for your first appointment with us. The first consultation has an increased fee of $110, which covers the cost of the double appointment and the administrative work associated with transferring you into our practice. This is a one off fee, and standard fees apply thereafter.
