Please note we are closed for the Christmas period, from 12pm on Tuesday, 24th December, through until Wednesday, 8th January, at 8.30am. If you require support during this time, please refer to options on our banner above. 

Booking an Appointment:

We offer face-to-face, phone and video consultations.

You can book an appointment for yourself or linked family member via the MyIndici patient portal, or you can call or email our receptionist to make an appointment. If you are not yet registered with MyIndici for appointment bookings you can follow the link above or liaise with our receptionist.
 

We reserve a number of appointments each day for patients who become unwell and need urgent review. If you need to be
reviewed urgently and you do not see an available appointment, please ring our receptionist.

New Patients who are enrolling with our practice should phone our receptionist to book their first appointment with us. We allow 30 minutes for this first appointment to ensure sufficient time to review your current health, past history, family history and lifestyle. The cost of this first appointment is $110 and we require payment on the day of your appointment. You can follow this link to enrol with our practice. 

If you have booked your appointment online you can also cancel it online, up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, please phone our receptionist. We ask that you give us at least two hours notice as this allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who wish to be seen.

Please note that appointments are for 15 minutes, which includes completion of paperwork and referrals. If you have several items you wish to discuss or you anticipate you will need longer than 15 minutes, please book a double appointment (additional fees will apply).
